Service： The product was misrepresented. AFTER they shipped they let me know of an $85 customs fee. I immediately requested cancellation. This was ignored. Once the product was delivered, it has no data what so ever. No idea what RAM is allowed, or what SD cards can be used. Unacceptable. Since I get no reponse from Alibaba ever, this will be my last purchase from this compnay.,
