Service： The product was misrepresented. AFTER they shipped they let me know of an $85 customs fee. I immediately requested cancellation. This was ignored. Once the product was delivered, it has no data what so ever. No idea what RAM is allowed, or what SD cards can be used. Unacceptable.  Update: I finally figured out how to reach someone at the company that sold it. They were very helpful in getting it sorted. They explained they don't normally send documentation when it is bare bones. The exact time they should be sending it!
